What types of events do you specialize in?
We specialize in elevated experiences for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, bridal and baby showers, quinceañeras, team-building workshops, nonprofit and community events, and military and veteran gatherings. If your event calls for a stunning, memorable food experience in the San Antonio area, we’d love to be part of it.
How far in advance should I book my event?
For grazing tables, corporate events, and private experiences, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for full customization. Peak seasons – including holidays, wedding season, and end-of-year corporate events – book quickly, so the sooner the better!
Do you offer same-day or last-minute orders?
Yes! We understand that last-minute events happen. When our schedule allows, we gladly accept same-day or last-minute orders. A 10% last-minute service fee applies to accommodate the expedited planning and preparation required.
Do you offer custom packages for corporate clients and large events?
Absolutely. We work closely with San Antonio businesses, event planners, and venue partners to design fully customized packages that fit your guest count, brand aesthetic, and budget. From executive boardroom spreads to large-scale grazing installations, we scale beautifully for any size.

Every experience includes a personalized consultation, custom menu curation, full setup and styling, and premium ingredients thoughtfully sourced and arranged for maximum visual impact and flavor. What is the minimum size for a grazing table?
CharCUTIE By Jess grazing tables are designed for 50 or more guests. If you’re hosting a smaller gathering, we are happy to recommend one of our charcuterie boards or individual boxes.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be due prior to your event.
Do you offer more than charcuterie?
Absolutely! While charcuterie is our specialty, CharCUTIE By Jess also offers expanded catering options, including artisan sandwiches, pasta salads, fresh salads, desserts, and other small bites. Every menu can be customized to complement your event.
